Important Notice: Dealers and C&F agents are independent agents and any financial  dealings and agreement executed between them and their customers are not under the control of the company. Any such dispute happens between agents and their customers must be between them only.The agreement between company and said agents are limited to the supply of products to them, where compnay canot reach directly or have limited presence.However if end cutomers failed to obtain service or replacement for faulty spares company will provide them if the customer produce warranty documents and proofs. On such situations damaged itesm muts be sent to company on customers expense. Company is not liable to provide onsite service on such conditions. Customers can buy spares directly from company if the warranty period is over. All the above mentioned services are subjected to warranty terms and conditions stipulated by company
